We'll show you all of the packages available at your address. Select your package and click on the “Order Now” button. In some cases, there might be several fibre operators in your area. Make sure to browse through all of the available packages – ranging from 20Mpbs upload and download right the way through to 1000Mbps or 1Gbps up/down.

STEP 3

After clicking on the “Order Now” button, you will be required to enter some of your personal details. If you already have an active fibre line installed at your property, you'll be up and running in about 24 hours. If you need a fibre line installed at home, the FNO will schedule a time for the installation with you. Once the line is installed, it can take up to five days for the provider to activate your line.

STEP 4

Once your line is active, we'll configure your router and send it out to you. All that's required then is for you connect your router to your ONT and you're good to go.
