Once you've chose a package and clicked the “Order Now” button, you'll need to fill a quick form. If you've got an active fibre line installed already, we'll have you up and running in around 24 hours. If you need a fibre line installed, your chosen Fibre Network Operator schedule a time for the installation. Keep in mind that it can take up to five days for the installation to be carried out.

As soon as your line becomes active, we'll courier a pre-configured router to you. All that's then required is for you to connect your router to your ONT (Optical Network Terminal) and you're ready to go.
