Once you've chose a package and clicked the “Order Now” button, you'll need to fill a quick form. If you've got an active fibre line installed already, we'll have you up and running in around 24 hours. If you need a fibre line installed, your chosen FNO schedule a time for the installation. Keep in mind that it can take up to five days for the installation to be carried out.

STEP 4

As soon as your line becomes active, we'll courier a pre-configured router to you. All that's then required is for you to connect your router to your ONT and you're ready to go.
